• Ensure the property is under contract with the seller of record. Attach a copy of the executed contract between you and the seller.
• Upload pictures to a photo-sharing platform such as Google or Dropbox, making them available for public sharing.
• Provide access details to the property. If it’s on a lockbox, please include the lockbox code.
• Submit the three highest comparable addresses (within a 1-mile radius of the property, with square footage within 10% above and below, and sold within the last six months).
• Your deal must be in contract for 65% of the Zillow ARV to be considered. If it exceeds 65%, please refrain from submission.
• Regrettably, we are unable to partner on deals in rural areas. If your deal falls within a rural area, kindly refrain from submission.
